Just a month and a half now, then it's off to Japan. At the moment I'm doing stuff such as getting a creditcard, applying for a visa, thinking of stuff to take with me.. But seriously, look at what the university is making us sign:
To: President, Nagasaki University.
I hereby pledge that I will confrom to the statutes of Nagasaki University, work hard at my lessons, strive to cultivate my mind, and fulfill my first obligation as a student of Nagasaki University.
Are you serious? I'm an adult, what the hell are they thinking I'm going to do there? Reminds of a drinking-contract I had to sign before I went to Prague with school. I was 18 and signed something about only drinking beer and wine and not cocktails or hardcore liqour. Dude, five glasses of wine equals a bottle and me drinking one isn't a good idea!
I'm suffering of writer's block.. just wanted to mention the strange contract. Must be something Japanese..
